With Guest: Ugochi Silas, also known as Axara, embodies the essence of a modern-day tastemaker. As a music journalist and DJ currently based in Lagos, her keen ear for good sounds has cultivated a devoted community of listeners. Whether spinning tracks at live gigs or sharing her latest music discoveries, Axara's influence extends far beyond her own creations. She’s currently the resident DJ at “RnB Night (Lagos)” by 234 RnB and “Whiskey With The Girls” and has played at other events such as “The Unheard Event”, “The Awakening”, “Rooftop Riddim”, “Insert Nights”, “Amapiano Left and Right” and multiple private events. Under her company, "Chunes," formerly known as "Chunes with Axara," she orchestrates a dynamic blend of music curation and media content. Additionally, Ugochi contributes her organizational prowess to the CIIFA team and the Music Business Academy for Africa as a Community Manager.
