From the first broadcast to the final track, Oroko Radio became the heartbeat of our Fête de la Musique celebrations in Paris. Together with Awake NY and Marshall, we spent the day bringing together artists, DJs and creatives from across the diaspora. Ann1cee, Badgalbob, Charles Moon, Likkle Studio, Yokothemoon and Yoluigi each brought their own perspectives. As the broadcast came to a close, the energy spilled into the streets for the Patta Cypher, together some of the city's sharpest MCs alongside friends and family. Big up to Dooky, James LeJ, Costa BLF, Wata MC, Radou, D2R, L'Ultra, Oussoum, Robinin and Akadre. Bringing together some of Paris' sharpest voices alongside friends and family, it was a reminder that, whether through records or rap, the spirit of Fête de la Musique has always been about people coming together to create something bigger than themselves.
